Head of AI-Driven Development
Founding role owning agentic coding across a 35+ person engineering organization. Responsible for how AI agents are deployed, governed, and taught throughout the development lifecycle — with direct authority over workflow design and tool adoption.
- Deploy and tune agentic coding tools across active projects, covering feature development, code review, and bug triage. Maintain the shared context files, rule sets, and agent skill libraries that give every developer consistent AI context.
- Audit the SDLC from ticket creation to PR merge, and design AI-assisted pipelines for code review, test generation, PR summarization, and onboarding.
- Define the metrics that measure real productivity impact — time-to-PR, review cycle duration, defect escape rate — and report them to leadership.
- Act as internal authority on agentic coding: run workshops, write guides, and pair with developers to transfer skills across seniority levels.
- Design guardrails against source code and credential leakage for clients under SOC 2 and HIPAA obligations, and cost governance for LLM usage across AWS and GCP.
